What is Itinera?

Itinera is an AI-powered travel companion app that helps you plan trips through conversation. Tell us where you want to go, and our AI will create a personalized itinerary you can review, modify, and save.

How does trip planning work?

Start a conversation with Itinera and describe your trip — where you want to go, your interests, and any preferences. Our AI will generate a full itinerary with attractions, restaurants, and activities tailored to you.

Is Itinera free?

Itinera is free to download and use. The free plan includes up to 5 trips and 30 AI messages per session. For more, you can upgrade to our Premium plan which includes additional trips, unlimited AI planning, priority support, and exclusive recommendations.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can view your current plan and upgrade in the app under Settings > Subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). To cancel, manage your subscription directly in your device's store settings.

Can I use Itinera without creating an account?

Yes. You can continue as a guest and access all core features including trip planning and AI chat. If you'd like to sync your data across devices, you can create an account at any time from Settings.

What sign-in methods are supported?

You can sign in with email and password, Google, Apple (iOS), or phone number with OTP verification.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account:

1. Open Itinera and sign in.
2. Tap your profile icon to open Settings.
3. Expand the Advanced section under Account.
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This will permanently delete your account and all associated data including your profile, trips, itineraries, and chat history. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings first to avoid future charges.

If you cannot access the app, email yanflex@gmail.com with the email or phone number associated with your account to request deletion.
